Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
During promotional periods, holidays, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Shipping availability may vary depending on destination and carrier coverage.
Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on the shipping origin, destination, customs clearance, local carrier handling, weather conditions, remote delivery areas, and peak shipping periods.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $120 and free standard shipping on international orders over $200.
For orders below the applicable free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is issued.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Delays
