Refund Policy

At Pawtempo, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • returned with the original packaging, tags, manuals, inserts, accessories, and any included promotional items

If a product was sold as part of a set or bundle, all components must be returned together.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • items that have been used by a pet, chewed, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • items with missing packaging, tags, accessories, or included promotional items
  • gift cards
  • free gifts
  • items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or similar
  • customs duties, import taxes, and related fees for international orders

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pawtempo.com.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the outer packaging
  • photos of the shipping label

If the issue is verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Change-of-Mind Refunds

If you would like to return an item for reasons such as:

  • no longer needed
  • pet not interested
  • ordered by mistake
  • preference change

you may request a return within the eligible return period. In such cases:

  • return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • the refund will be issued after the returned item is received and approved upon inspection

Return Approval Required

Please contact us before sending any item back. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your approved return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including but not limited to:

  • returned items that are not in original condition
  • items with missing parts or damaged packaging not caused by us
  • refunds approved as a courtesy for minor order issues
  • situations where a replacement is not required but compensation is appropriate

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

  • a damaged item on arrival
  • a verified product defect
  • an incorrect item sent by us

In these cases, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  1. check your bank account again
  2. contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
