We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and carrier coverage.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $120 and free standard shipping on international orders over $200.

For orders below the applicable free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow the return process instead.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included promotional items.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used by a pet, chewed, washed, damaged, altered after delivery, or returned without original packaging and included items.

Gift cards, free gifts, and items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable are also not eligible.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pawtempo.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label.

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Yes. Our return address is provided only after your request has been reviewed and approved. Unauthorized return parcels may be refused.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

No. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at checkout.
