Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, manuals, inserts, accessories, and any included promotional items. If a product was sold as part of a set or bundle, all components must be returned together.
Product Condition & Hygiene
For hygiene and product safety reasons, items that have been used by a pet, chewed, washed, damaged after delivery, or that show signs of wear, odor, hair, stains, or missing parts are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified quality issue.
You may inspect the item upon delivery, but please do not use it if you believe you may need to return it.
No Public Return Address
Please contact us before sending any item back. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.

Fees & Responsibility
- Damaged on arrival / wrong item shipped / verified product defect: We will cover the necessary return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.
- Change-of-mind returns (for example: no longer needed, pet not interested, ordered by mistake, preference change): return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval
- Items that have been used, washed, chewed, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or included promotional items
- Gift cards
- Free gifts
- Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or similar
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us: Send your order number, the reason for your request, and clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Review & approval: If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions, a return reference number, and the return address.
- Ship the item back: Please return the approved item within 7 days of receiving the return instructions, and include your order number inside the parcel.
- Inspection & processing: Once the returned item is delivered to our facility, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or an exchange will be arranged if applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pawtempo.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- photos of the item
- photos of the outer packaging
- photos of the shipping label
- a brief description of the problem
Return Packaging
Please use the original packaging whenever possible and add protective outer packaging if needed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. Loss or damage during return transit may remain the responsibility of the sender or carrier until the return is received.
Exchange Method
To avoid inventory issues, we generally recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
If you prefer a direct exchange, please state the replacement product, style, color, or variation in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- product size and dimensions
- intended pet size or play style
- material preferences
- color or style selection
- whether the item is suitable for your pet’s habits and activity level
